BUSINESS CREDIT AVAILABILITY PROGRAM
The Government of Canada is providing additional support through the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and Export Development Canada (EDC).

- Canada Emergency Business Account – this program can provide interest-free loans to small businesses and not for profits.
- Loan Guarantee for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises – EDC is working with various financial institutions to issue new operating credit and cash flow term loans.

PRACTICAL SERVICES
The Government of Canada is contributing $9 million through United Way Canada for local organizations to support practical services to Canadian seniors. SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS & RECENT GRADUATES
CANADA STUDENT LOANS
Effective March 30, we are placing a six-month interest-free moratorium on the repayment of Canada Student Loans for all student loan borrowers. No payment will be required, and interest will not accrue during this time. Students do not need to apply for the repayment pause.
