Location | | | The County of Paintearth is situated approximately 150 km (90 miles) east of Red Deer, 325 km (195 miles) northeast of Calgary and 275 km (165 miles) southeast of Edmonton. Highways
#12 & 36 provide excellent transportation corridors. Highway #36 is
the recognized high-load corridor for North-South traffic within the
Province. Paintearth county covers an area of 3,227 square km (1,246 square miles) of mostly agricultural land in a combination of fields and scenic coulees. |
