About PEPS | | | PEPS' (the Paintearth Economic Partnership Society's) mission is to enhance the healthy economic community in the municipalities within Paintearth County. Our emphasis is connecting investment opportunities with visionary entrepreneurs. Broadband and high speed internet access throughout the county combine business realities with the best of rural life. As a team, we are elected representatives of, and work in partnership with the Economic Societies of Castor, Coronation, Halkirk and the County. Wide open to creative business proposals and innovations, our objective is to increase diversity and enrich our economic community. We strongly feel the vibrancy of a social or geographic community is to some extent a function of the strength of its economy.
